What types of camping gear do you specialise in?
We’re passionate about all things camping! Our range focuses on family and group camping essentials including tents (from 1-2 berth up to 7+ berth), airbeds, awnings (especially for T4 campers), BBQ equipment, beach gear, camp kitchens, storage solutions, and all the camping accessories you need for a comfortable outdoor adventure.
How do I choose the right tent size?
Our tents are categorised by sleeping capacity (berth). Remember that a “4 berth” tent comfortably sleeps 4 people but may feel cramped with all their gear. For family camping, we recommend sizing up – a 6 berth tent for a family of 4 gives you space for luggage and moving around. Check individual product descriptions for dimensions.
Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) as well as PayPal for secure checkout. All payments are processed through our encrypted payment gateway for your security.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. We never store your full payment details on our servers. For added security, you can choose PayPal checkout which keeps your financial information private.
Delivery & Shipping
What are my delivery options?
We offer two great shipping methods:
⚡ Standard Express (£12.95 or free over £50): DHL/FedEx tracked, 10-15 days after dispatch
🌍 Free Global Shipping (orders over £50): EMS tracked, 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders receive our “Camper’s Care” treatment with 1-2 day processing.
How long until I receive my order?
After our 1-2 day processing time:
– UK: Typically 3-7 days with express
– EU: Usually 7-12 days (duty-paid)
– US/Canada: Normally 12-18 days
Pro Tip: Order by Wednesday noon for weekend dispatch!
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide except some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to see available shipping options. If your country isn’t listed, email us at [email protected] – we’re always expanding our shipping network!
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Not 100% chuffed? We get it – gear needs to perform in the wild! You have 15 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number to start the process. Note: Oversize items (6+ berth tents) may have different rules – check product pages.
Who pays for return shipping?
For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover return costs. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service as we can’t process returns until they reach our warehouse.
Account & Technical
How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive a link to create a new password. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Why can’t I access my account?
This might happen if you’ve entered incorrect credentials multiple times (we temporarily lock accounts for security). Wait 30 minutes then try again, or use the password reset option. Still stuck? Our camping-crazed support team is happy to help!
