How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange. Use our template below to ensure we have all the information we need:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our camping-crazed support team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with return instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely pack the item in its original packaging (or equivalent protection) and include all accessories, manuals, and tags. Affix the return label (if provided) and ship to:

Refund Information

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery):

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days (timing depends on your bank)
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Processing

Exchanges take approximately 10-15 business days to process (including return shipping and new item dispatch). We’ll email you tracking information once your replacement ships.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Airbeds (unless defective)
  • Beach and body boards (once used)
  • Camping cookware and utensils (unless in original sealed packaging)

International Returns

For customers outside the UK, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
