How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Our camping-crazed support team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with return instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging (or equivalent protection) and include all accessories, manuals, and tags. Affix the return label (if provided) and ship to:

Refund Information
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery):

Exchange Processing

Non-Returnable Items

International Returns
