Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over £50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders and during peak seasons. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations.

How to Return an Item

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our camping-crazed support team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with return instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging (or equivalent protection) with all accessories, manuals, and tags. Affix the return label (if provided) and ship to:

Refund Information
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days (timing depends on your bank)
- Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Processing
Exchanges take approximately 10-15 business days to process (including return shipping and new item dispatch). We’ll email you tracking information once your replacement ships.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Airbeds (unless defective)
- Beach and body boards (once used)
- Camping cookware and utensils (unless in original sealed packaging)
- Personal hygiene items
Faulty Items
If your camping gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
